The EUIPO emblem
Our emblem (logo) is available for third party use in accordance with our guidelines. Please bear in mind that any use of the EUIPO emblem must be authorised by the Office’s Communication Service in the first instance, and requests for permission to use the emblem must be submitted by email to the following address: design@euipo.europa.eu.
Note: The EUIPO’s emblem and the name of the Office, its language variations and acronyms, are protected under Article 6ter of the Paris Convention. The Office will pursue cases of abuse and fraudulent use of its emblem.
