Tracing your documents
The Office cannot answer any enquiries regarding correspondence sent by ordinary mail.
If you would like the receipt of a document sent by messenger service or registered mail to be confirmed, please contact us by e-mail indicating the following:
- Sending date (at least one week should have elapsed since sending).
- Sender's name (name and address, as complete as possible).
- Reference number of the messenger service or registered mail.
- The type of document sent (EU trade mark or Community design application, opposition, etc.).
Please take into account that delivery time is variable depending on the country of origin and other factors (ranging from 4 to 15 days).
