How can I change personal data for owners?
For intellectual property representatives registered to use EUIPO's User Area, the ‘Owners' section lists all clients linked to their ID number.
To change personal data for a particular owner, just click on the relevant entry in your owners' table.
By clicking, you will open a new tab in your browser that will take you to the information page on that owner in our search engine eSearch plus.
Next to the owner's name you will find the option 'Change details'. If you click on this, it will open up a window where you will be able to change the owner's name, address and correspondence address.
Please bear in mind that when you change an owner's data, the change will apply for all procedures with the Office.
What else can you do in your 'Owners' section?
You can filter your owners' list by ID, name, type and country using the filter arrows 
You can also access an electronic business card (Vcard) by clicking on the card icon 
in the right-hand corner of the table.
To include notes on your owner's entries, just click on the notes icon 
in the right-hand corner of the table.
