File an International Trade Mark Application Online

The international application (IA) form allows registered users to file a request for an international trade mark application through the Madrid Protocol system administered by the World Intellectual Property Office (WIPO). The IA can be based on existing European Union trade marks (EUTMs), European Union trade mark applications (EUTMAs) or a combination of both.

Please note that you must be logged in to use these facilities and these actions are subject to a fee.

Note: the correspondence regarding a specific file must always be filed via your User Area using post, hand delivery or special courier service.

This section explains how to file an IA based on one or several EUTM(A)s.

The form is available in 23 of the official languages of the EU.
