Basic search results

Please note that the default display is that for trade marks. To see results for designs, owners or representatives, click on the appropriate tab at the top of the table.

The application is set to display a maximum of 15 results per page. To navigate to another page of search results, click on one of the page numbers in the top right-hand corner of the table or, to view the next page in order, on the right or left arrow. The total number of search results is displayed next to the tab heading, e.g.: '197 search result(s) in 14 page(s) in 0.338 seconds'.

The following icons are displayed in the list view below the tab headings:

• Set alert (displayed in the 'Trade marks' and 'Designs' tabs)

  Alerts can be set by clicking on this icon . Read more about alerts here.

• PDF (displayed in all tabs)

  The results on the page you are viewing can also be viewed in PDF format by clicking on the PDF icon

  N.B.: Since the application is set by default to display a maximum of 15 results per page, the PDF will contain only the first 15 results. To compile a PDF with more results, navigate to the next page and click on the PDF icon again. Repeat this process as necessary.

• vCard (displayed in the owners and representatives tabs)

  A vCard, which is a standard file format for electronic business cards, containing name, address, phone numbers, email and other contact information, can be accessed from the results section of the owners' tabs and representatives' tabs by clicking on the icon on the right-hand side.
