Advanced search results

Results are displayed in the tab where you initiated the search request, for example the ‘Trade mark decisions’ or ‘National Court judgments’ tab.

The application’s default setting is to display 15 results per page. This setting can be changed to display more by using the drop-down menu to the right of the option ‘Show’. To navigate to another page of search results click on one of the page numbers in the top right-hand corner of the table or, to view the next page in order, on the right or left arrow. To access the first or last results in the list you can click on the double-left or double-right arrow.

The total number of search results is displayed next to the tab heading, e.g. ‘Trade mark decisions (246)’. Information on the number of results, number of pages and the time taken to process the request is displayed immediately above the list of results.

Results can be displayed in the ‘Element view’ or the ‘List view’. The former provides more detailed information per result and the latter provides less information per result so that you can see more results in one page.

Text within a result which is in blue indicates a hyperlink to more information. For example, clicking the blue trade mark number in a result will lead you to more information about the trade mark which was the subject of the case.
