Check against available databases

You can check your list of goods and services against other multinational databases of pre-approved terminology. The Nice alphabetical list is the reference list of the Nice classification and is used by around 150 national and regional trade mark offices around the world. The MGS is the Madrid Goods and Services, a list of pre-approved terms for applications under the Madrid System administered by WIPO (acceptance by contracting parties not guaranteed). TM5 ID list is a collaboration between the largest trade mark offices in the world, China, European Union, Japan, South Korea, United States of America.
