Apply for a trade mark
A European Union trade mark (EUTM) grants you exclusive rights in all current and future Member States of the European Union through a single registration, filed online. It is valid for 10 years and can be renewed indefinitely, for subsequent periods of 10 years. Before applying, remember to go through our checklist to ensure that your application proceeds smoothly.

The Goods and Services Builder
The Goods and Services Builder is the reference tool used to create lists of terms. This section explains how to create, edit and manage lists of good and services, thereby saving you time on your next e-filing and, at the same time, guiding you to increase your usage of the Harmonised Database (HDB).
