About StethoMe®
StethoMe® is a digital stethoscope that detects abnormalities in lungs using artificial intelligence. The algorithms detect pathological sounds characteristic of asthma, bronchitis and pneumonia.
The stethoscope contributes to a better, healthier life for children suffering from respiratory diseases. It enables parents and doctors to check the heart and lung functions of children and provides aggregated data for a better coordinated healthcare.
StethoMe® can be integrated with Hospital Information System (HIS) and Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems, and is also used in telemedical applications, for example to monitor post-COVID-19 patients at home and in hospitals.
About the designer
Michał Bonikowski is a freelance industrial designer, innovator and author of numerous patents since 2000. He is responsible for designing and developing several hundred products for various industry sectors worldwide, including the electronics, automotive and aviation industries.
Michał is one of the most renowned designers in Poland and has won numerous prestigious international design awards, including the iF Design Award 2008, 2009, 2012 and 2020, as well as the Gold Design & Innovation Award 2008. In 2014, he was also the first Polish winner of an iF Gold Award.
About the company
StethoMe was founded in 2015 in Poland and creates innovative solutions within the field of telemedicine. The company collaborates with the scientific community to develop new ways of helping patients with chronic pulmonary diseases.
